Maintenance Engineer – Multiskilled (Elec Bias)
Swindon – Permanent – Full-time – Days - £45k-50k
We’re supporting a brand-new, purpose-built manufacturing facility undergoing significant investment and transformation. This business is now rebuilding a modern, automation-led site, with a clear plan to scale.
This isn’t a “steady state” maintenance role, it’s an opportunity to shape, influence, and build. They are looking for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and the chance to develop alongside the business.
The Role:
· Take ownership of electrical and mechanical maintenance across the site
· Work closely with PLC-controlled and automated systems
· Support the upgrade and modernisation of legacy equipment
· Play a hands-on role in improving reliability and reducing downtime
· Contribute ideas and input into how maintenance is structured moving forward
