Ensure maximum asset reliability by implementing and managing RCM strategies, leading failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance, reduce costs, and ensure business continuity.

Main Responsibilities:

• Attend the Shift Kickoff Meeting (Top 5 Meeting)
• Comply with the Internal Work Regulations, the 7 Mandatory Safety Rules, the 13 Logistics Safety Rules, and all established policies
• Ensure asset reliability through comprehensive management of the preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PPM) systems, and control of the department’s operating costs
• Optimize maintenance costs through analysis and control of CAPEX/OPEX budgets, ROI analysis, failure cost assessments, and downtime costs
