Maintenance Engineer
Location: Kingswinford
Salary: £38,000-£40,000 + bonus
We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering team at our manufacturing site in Kingswinford.
This role is focused on keeping our equipment and systems running safely, reliably, and efficiently. You'll cover both planned preventative maintenance and reactive work, from day-to-day repairs through to fault diagnosis and longer-term improvements across the site.
The Role
You'll be working across a broad range of equipment and systems, supporting the continuous operation of the site. The role combines hands-on maintenance with fault finding, coordination, and continuous improvement.
