JOB PURPOSE: Under direction, supervise, assign, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for maintenance of plant equipment, machinery and related facilities; ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Comply with operational procedures and instructions when performing all job tasks and activities

Supervise immediate maintenance actions to fix critical breakdown so production schedule can be resumed with minimum delay 

Ensure that all damaged or scheduled parts are fixed or ready to be used when required

Verify all received items to ensure their conformity to the required specifications mentioned in the Material Requisition sheet

Enhance work environment to promote and drive employee engagement and team effectiveness
