Resident Maintenance Electrician
Location: Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire
Type: Permanent
Salary: £38,394
We are recruiting for a resident maintenance electrician based in the Cumbernauld area covering the electrical maintenance within a large scale estate. Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm plus on-call rota (TBC).
Maintenance Electrician Duties
- Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to: Electrical systems, Lighting and emergency lighting, AHU/fan coil upkeep, Fabric duties, Checks and compliance duties, Small works installation, Emergency repairs, All ad‑hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements
- A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C/G 1 and 2) 18th edition
- Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
- AM2 or 2391
- Excellent client facing skills
