Job Description
**Objective**
Ensure the reliability, availability and safety of the plant's electrical systems and equipment, through the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, as well as the efficient solution of failures.
The role directly contributes to operational continuity, reduction of unscheduled downtime and optimization of maintenance costs.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Execute and improve preventive and predictive maintenance plans in electrical systems (motors, panels, transformers, drives, PLCs, etc.).
- Analyze recurring failures and propose technical solutions that guarantee the reliability of electrical assets.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and corporate standards.
- Manage improvement and innovation projects in electrical infrastructure and automation.
- Provide technical support to operatives and maintenance technicians in the solution of complex faults.
