The Maintenance Coordinator leads a small team to deliver safe, high-quality maintenance across our manufacturing workshop. The role combines hands-on trade work with frontline supervision, driving equipment reliability, team performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the maintenance manager and production teams to minimise downtime and implement best practices.
