JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to research and purchasing for the maintenance department and facility as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):

+ Research, order and maintain an inventory of critical parts

+ Use company software systems to create purchase orders for capital projects

+ Execute company purchases up to assigned limit of authority, maintain proper documentation and perform daily reconciliation of assigned company credit card account

+ Demonstrate proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) system applicable to position

+ Collaborate with Engineering and Shipping departments to ensure that purchases and inventory are accurately controlled and recorded

+ Maintain Employee Training Records for the Maintenance Department
