Maintenance Attendant II

Responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, preventive upkeep, and appearance of resort facilities and grounds to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Reports to Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Manager. Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance tasks: plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC filter changes, carpentry, painting, tile/patch repairs.Troubleshoot and repair guest-room and public-area issues (light fixtures, locks, door hardware, faucets, AC units).Maintain outdoor areas: landscaping support, debris removal, lake area upkeep, snow removal and sanding (seasonal).Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment and systems; report larger issues and safety hazards.Complete work orders promptly and accurately; update maintenance logs and inventories.Maintain and operate hand and power tools, equipment and small machinery safely.Assist with preventive maintenance schedules and seasonal property preparations.Support setup and br...
