Maintenance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, outlets, circuits, and small equipment.
• Inspect electrical systems, identify hazards, defects, or malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections of home appliances and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in electrical work preferred.
• Proven experience as an electrician in residential and commercial items.
