Job Overview
Clinix Health Group (Pty) Ltd is hiring two Maintenance Assistants for its Dr SK Matseke Memorial Private Hospital in Soweto, Gauteng. This is a permanent, full‑time position. The role involves general maintenance, minor repairs, basic plumbing, electrical tasks and supporting the Technical Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform minor repair work such as fixing doors, frames, light bulbs, sockets, switches and windows.
- Carry out basic plumbing tasks – unclog drains, fix leaking faucets and toilets.
- Inspect control panels and electrical wiring, detect issues and carry out immediate repairs.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair and clean‑up requests.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Assist in creating toolkits and training material for a skills pipeline.
