Maintenance and Facilities Leader

What you’ll do:

Authority: Stops the productive and maintenance processes if it represents a safety risk in our plant, request for materials for facilities areas. Participate in internal and external audits, personnel management (vacations, permission, overtime, etc).

Job Summary

This position develops, implements, and coordinates maintenance of the process in our plant, ensuring the correct functioning, preventive and corrective maintenance of our machines. Lead and develops technical team.

Job Responsibilities

• A. Lead, coach, and guide skilled trades within the maintenance department.
• B. Ensure effective maintenance and optimized uptime of all production and facility equipment.
• C. Coordinate support involvement, if required, on projects or problems within the facility (Engineering, Quality, etc.).
