At AgeCare Dawson, our Maintenance Aide ensures that all essential maintenance tasks—from plumbing to electrical systems—are executed timely and effectively. This role plays a crucial part in reporting any equipment failures to the Environmental Services Manager and assisting with minor carpentry projects. You will also conduct regular inspections to uphold a safe and functional environment for our senior residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems
• Perform light fixture and bulb replacements
• Address plumbing needs including taps and toilets
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical equipment
