Job Title: Machinists
Location: Lancaster, PA
Type: Contract (potential for hire)
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 1st Shift - Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Weekend Shift - Friday through Sunday 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
+ Set up, operate, and monitor a variety of precision machining equipment including grinding, slicing, drilling, milling, and CNC-based operations.
+ Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish to required tolerances, typically ranging from .0008 to below .0005 depending on role level.
+ Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and basic program edits as required.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, quality, and process-related issues; assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
