- Repair machine tools and parts.
- Set up and adjust production machineries/tools.
- Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances.
- Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools.
- Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.

Machinist Trade Certification, Machinist Red Seal Endorsement, Measuring Tools: Micrometers, Callipers.
