Job Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes, including tooling, fixturing, and offsets.Create, modify, or troubleshoot CNC programs using CAM software or G-code.Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.Perform first article inspections and adjust programs as needed using micrometers and calipers.Optimize machining parameters for quality, efficiency, and tool life.Conduct in process and final inspections using precision measuring tools.Document machining data and collaboration with Engineering and Quality.3D Printing experience, a plus.Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.Vocational training, apprenticeship in CNC machining, or technical degree in machining is preferred.Knowledge and Skills:
