Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mould changing, machine setting, and start-up activities.
- Set process parameters and optimize machine performance.
- Troubleshoot moulding defects and machine-related issues.
- Ensure product quality as per specifications.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.
- Minimize cycle time, material wastage, and production downtime.
- Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards on the shop floor.
Qualifications
- 3–10 years of experience as a Mould Machine Setter in an injection moulding manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in mould changing, machine setup, and process troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of injection moulding machines and mould maintenance.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
