Machine Operator (TAE) - Aerospace - 2nd/3rd Shift

Description

Join a team of professionalswhere you will be responsible for setting up, utilizing, and operating assigned lathe, mill, and/or balance CNC machines and supporting machine procedures for the prototyping and production of machined parts. We offer starting pay of $21.00/hr, with a 15% shift differential for 2nd shift, bringing pay to $24.15/hr and a 22% shift differential for 3rd shift, bringing pay to $25.62/hr!

Perform set-up, operation, and accomplish precise alignment of assigned lathe, mill, and balance machines to extremely close tolerances.

Accurately perform and document operations and inspections as stated in the Quality Manual.

Recognize deviations in proper machine performance; troubleshoot and implement corrective actions.

Work from process sheets, engineering drawings or specifications, sketches and written or oral instructions to machine various products.
