Machine Operator - Punch press 2nd shift

Join our team as a Punch Machine Operator, where you’ll play a key role in producing precision engineered copper & brass components. In this role, you’ll set up and operate advanced punch/fabrication equipment, create and refine CNC programs, and ensure all parts meet strict quality and tolerance requirements. You’ll use your technical skill, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities to support reliable, efficient production. Working closely with Engineering and Production, you’ll help drive continuous improvement in tooling, processes and material utilization.
