Machine Operator - Case Making

Operate case‑making machinery to produce high‑quality packaging that meets customer specifications and daily output targets. You’ll work across a range of box making and die‑cutting processes in a busy production environment with full training provided.

Role Details

Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00, with two 30‑minute unpaid breaks each day. Initial 3‑month temporary contract with the potential to move to a permanent position. Based in Redditch.

The Role

The Machine Operator – Case Making plays a key role in producing packaging to customer order requirements within agreed timelines. The role supports increased production following a move to a larger manufacturing site and ongoing expansion.
