Trillium Staffing is hiring a Machine Operator / Production Assembler - Metal Shear for a direct hire position in Oshkosh, WI.

The Machine Operator / Production Assembler - Metal Shear will be responsible for operating metal shear equipment, cutting screens and other materials to specification, and supporting production assembly work while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Pay rate: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Job Responsibilities

-Operate metal shear equipment safely and efficiently.

-Cut screens and other materials according to work orders and specifications.

-Read and interpret work orders, drawings, basic blueprints, and production schedules.

-Verify material dimensions and specifications.

-Measure finished parts using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring devices.
