Production / Machine Operator (Afternoon Shift)
Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00, £31,500 – £34,000 per annum, Northamptonshire (own transport required).
Role Overview
Operate production machinery and support the manufacturing process from raw materials to finished product within a high‑quality, precision environment.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery in line with set procedures.
- Measure, weigh, and handle raw materials accurately.
- Ensure production runs are completed efficiently and to specification.
- Carry out quality checks throughout the process.
- Complete production records and basic documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Follow all health & safety and compliance procedures.
- Work both independently and as part of a wider production team.
