Penmac Staffing is hiring an experienced Machine Operator / Machine Setup Technician for the roll‑fed side of a manufacturing operation in the Brainerd area. This full-time position is ideal for candidates who enjoy machine setup, troubleshooting, and hands-on production work in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $20+ per hour based on experience, plus a $2.00/hour shift differential
Shift: 3rd shift-Sunday-Thursday 9:30pm-6am
