Trillium Staffing is currently seeking experienced Process Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in the area. This is a hands-on opportunity for a Process Technician who takes pride in ownership, quality, and keeping equipment running at peak performance.

In this role, the Process Technician will be responsible for completing machine changeovers and setups for new production runs, making necessary machine adjustments, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing quality checks and first-piece inspections. You will monitor assigned machines throughout production to ensure consistent output and high-quality standards.
