**Respool Operator (1st & 2nd Shift)**
**Pay:** $19/hr (+ 4% shift diff for 2nd shift)
**Job Duties:**
+ Operate and set up rewind machines
+ Load and respool wire products
+ Inspect and remove defective material
+ Troubleshoot minor machine issues
+ Follow work orders and perform basic data entry
**Requirements:**
+ Mechanically inclined is a plus
+ Attention to detail
+ Basic math skills
+ Comfortable in a production environment
+ Ability to learn machine operation
