Job Description
**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Shift:**
**1st 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday with overtime on Friday**
**2nd 4:30pm-2:55am Monday-Thursday with overtime on Friday**
**3rd 10:30pm-6:30am Monday-Friday- Will train on first shift for a few weeks**
**Responsibilities**
+ Reference work orders to set up production lines accurately for each product run.
+ Lead the setup of production filling lines and operate equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
+ Adjust machine settings and perform minor repairs as needed to achieve product specifications and meet quality standards.
+ Document all production activities accurately in accordance with GMP requirements using Product History Records (PHRs).
+ Inspect bottles placed on the line to ensure they meet quality requirements before filling.
+ Monitor filling and packaging equipment to ensure it operates effectively and consistently.
