**Essential Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (medium/heavy industry preferred)
+ Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate industrial machinery
+ Basic math and English communication skills
+ Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
+ Ability to accurately complete production records and documentation
