**Essential Skills & Qualifications**
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (medium/heavy industry preferred)
Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate industrial machinery
Basic math and English communication skills
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
Ability to accurately complete production records and documentation
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
