Machine Operator
Location: Baldock
Hours: Monday to Friday - 6:00am-2:00pm
Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks
Main Duties of a Machine Operator
- Operating machines to manufacture small products
- Resetting and programming machines when required
- Using laser cutting, grinding, and polishing equipment
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Keeping the working area clean, tidy, and safe
- Training provided to learn machine setting and additional processes
Ideal Candidate
- Be trained and confident in the use of laser cutting machinery
- Have experience using grinding and polishing machines
- Be able to work accurately and safely
- Have a strong attention to detail and good work ethic
