**Job Title: Press Operator – 2nd Shift - ENTRY LEVEL**
**Job Description**
This entry-level Press Operator role on 2nd shift offers a hands-on opportunity to work with injection molding machines and hot presses that produce rubber parts for the aerospace industry. You will receive thorough training to learn how to mold parts according to written specifications, operate presses efficiently, and maintain high quality standards while supporting a highly organized, lean manufacturing environment.
2:30pm to 11pm (OT until 1am)
**Responsibilities**
+ Mold rubber parts according to written specifications and work instructions.
+ Set up and operate injection molding machines and hot presses in an efficient and timely manner.
+ Remove molded parts from the press at the end of each cycle and place finished product into designated manufacturing tote boxes.
+ Clean tools and molds between cycles to ensure proper part quality and equipment care...
