About The Role

We are recruiting for a Machine Operative at our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY) . This is a permanent, weekly-paid position, providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.

• Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (07:00 - 19:30).
• Hourly Rate: £13.70 (paid weekly).

As an AMFRESH Machine Operative, you will:

• Operate machinery safely and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Complete product changeovers, including loading new packaging materials.
• Set, monitor, and optimise machine performance to hit targets.
• Report downtime, changeovers, and operational issues to the Line Leader.
• Support production line performance to meet daily customer orders.
