We are currently looking for a Machine Minder to join our Production Team at Pilgrim’s Europe in Ashbourne. This is ideal hands‑on role for a mechanically skilled individual who performs at their best in fast‑paced production environment. As a Machine Minder you will be responsible for the efficient operation, adjustment, and basic maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality. You will work closely with the Operations Team Leader and wider team to deliver key production targets.

Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £640 (gross) per week!

Balanced shift pattern: We have a shift pattern of 16.15am - 1.15am, Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate machinery to ensure optimal performance and yield
• Carry out daily checks, testing, and inspections to maintain high production standards
