Mac & Windows IT Site Support Specialist

BlupaceTech in Zürich, Switzerland, is seeking an SRO Site Support to provide on-site and remote IT assistance. You will troubleshoot Windows, Mac OSX, Linux, iOS and Android devices, coordinate with OEMs, and support hardware and software configurations in a multinational environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with cross-platform environments, user onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and incident handling.
