Play a key role for migration of various business applications, implementing new features or maintaining existing applications
Drive the implementation through cross-functional collaboration across all phases of the project lifecycle including all activities necessary to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control a new process or solution.
Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, IT service owners to formulate strategy, define customer needs, validate requirements, and propose changes to business processes and operating models.
Work with Business owners & IT owners to prioritize the deliverables.
Create & maintain documentation for business requirement
Analyze and document dependencies between new and existing processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
Identify potential roadblocks and escalate issues as needed.
