Our client seeks an experienced M&A Integration Consultant who will act as the internal deal lead across Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and Operations. You will identify risks, support deal execution, and ensure Day 1 readiness. Your leadership will drive the integration plan and facilitate seamless external collaboration.
