M&A Integration Consultant – 3 months

Our client is looking to bring on a hands‑on M&A Integration Consultant to lead the deal from diligence through post‑close integration. This is a high‑impact role partnering directly with senior leadership and external advisors (Big 4), with full ownership of the transaction lifecycle.

In this M&A Integration Consultant role, you will:

• Act as the internal deal lead across Finance, Legal, Tax, IT & Ops
• Identify key risks, deal breakers, and “hidden issues” that could surface post‑close
• Support deal execution, structuring, and Day 1 readiness
• Build and drive the integration plan (Day 1 / 30 / 90+)
• Ensure seamless collaboration with external advisors
• Proactively flag risks that could impact the business 3–6 months post‑close

What we’re looking for:

• 8–15+ years in Transaction Services (Big 4), PE, or M&A advisory
• Deep understanding of asset purchase transactions
