M&A Counsel (7–10 PQE) - US Listed MNC

We are partnering with a US-listed multinational to appoint an M&A Counsel to join its regional legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex cross-border acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and corporate transactions within a highly regarded global organisation.

The role is well suited to candidates currently practising at a top-tier international law firm , as well as those with relevant in-house corporate/M&A experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions , strategic investments, divestments, and joint ventures.
• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements, investment agreements, and ancillary documents.
