Job Description As an M365 Collaboration engineer, you will be the driving force behind our Microsoft 365 platform strategy - championing adoption, governing the platform at scale, and building solutions that empower end-users across the organization. You bridge the gap between technical capability and business value, ensuring M365 is used effectively, securely, and consistently across teams.
Core Responsibilities
Platform Ownership & Governance
Own the M365 platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle - defining standards, policies, and guardrails for platform usage across the organization;
Establish and enforce governance frameworks covering SharePoint/MS Teams Policies, external sharing policies, information architecture, and retention policies;
Monitor platform health, usage analytics, and compliance posture using the M365 Admin Center, Microsoft Purview and Power Platform COE;
