A luxury retailer based in Chatswood is seeking an experienced Retail Leader to join the team. This is a high-performing, client-focused environment with a strong Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking customer base - and they need a leader who can deliver at that level.

About the role

• Full accountability for store performance, KPIs and sales targets
• Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver a premium customer experience
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling
