Luxury Sommelier Supervisor — Wine Program Lead

Four Seasons is looking for a Sommelier Supervisor for its beach restaurant in Mallorca. The ideal candidate will lead the wine programme, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage beverage service operations.

Responsibilities include curating the wine list, supervising staff, and collaborating with the culinary team. Previous experience in luxury hospitality and sommelier certification are required.
