Luxury F&B & Convention Center Leader – Pre‑Opening

PAM Hotels in Montego Bay is seeking a Bars, Restaurants & Convention Center Manager for our pre-opening team. You will lead the strategic and daily operations of luxury dining outlets, beach/pool venues and the state‑of‑the‑art Convention & Events Center.

This role demands 7+ years in F&B leadership with multi‑outlet and convention experience, mastery of Micros Simphony, BEO management and strong financial KPIs; fluent English is essential.
