Luxury Concierge Agent - Guest Services & Travel Reservations

Mandarin Oriental, Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Concierge Agent to handle guest requests with care and professionalism within the Concierge Department. You will manage messages, mail and parcels, and assist guests and staff following hotel procedures to ensure satisfaction.

You will reference hotel services and local attractions to provide accurate information, maintain desk tidiness, and perform related duties as required by your supervisor.
