Luxury Boutique Store Manager – Sales Leader & Service

Samsonite Group APAC & Middle East is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead and inspire a team of boutique associates, delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets across our luxury brand stores in Malaysia.

You will drive sales through personalized product recommendations, manage boutique operations including cash handling and opening/closing procedures, and develop action plans based on performance analysis to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
