Luxury Beauty Team Lead — Client Experience

CHANEL Spain is seeking a Beauty Confidant Leader to support and inspire a five‑person Beauty Confidants team, on the flagship at ECI Castellana, under the Retail Manager, to deliver exceptional client experiences and CHANEL's retail standards.

You will coach the team, deepen product knowledge with Learning and Sales, and lead in‑store animations, seasonal campaigns and launches while ensuring merchandising, stock accuracy and smooth daily operations.
