You shall lead and manage initiatives to strategize, plan and deliver Digital Workplace services for the Land Transport Authority (LTA); including End User computing devices, messaging services, Generative AI, digital solutions and tools. You will manage outsourced partners and service providers to ensure smooth running and provisioning of Service Desk, End User devices and messaging services. In addition, you will be leading the digitalisation effort in the areas such as asset management, equipment tracking/issuing, contract management, bill verification, workplace productivity & collaboration, and IT helpdesk management.
