The scope of this role is to support importers and exporters in meeting customs requirements for international shipments.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Prepare customs documentation and ensure that shipments meet all applicable laws to facilitate the import and export of goods.
  
• Accountable for accurate and timely declaration.
  
• Ensure all documents are submitted timely to customs for audit.
  
• Periodical training / updates on the customs matters.
  
• Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI).
  
• Operational troubleshooting.
  
• Non‑conformance reporting in accordance with the KPIs.
