At Ripplevale School, we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and resilient Learning Support Assistant at our Lower School in Broadstairs, for our Primary pupils. If you are passionate about working with children with ASD, then this role is for you.

The post is part time, 3 days a week. The hours are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8.30am – 3.45pm, term time only, plus inset hours for training. Start date: 1st September 2026.

Our pupils cover a wide range of academic abilities, as a Learning Support Assistant you will be supporting pupils with autism in all areas of the curriculum under the guidance of the class teacher.
