Medical Center Pediatrics is seeking a Full Time LPN to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, administering medications (oral, subcutaneous, intramuscular), and assisting with examinations and procedures as directed.
Accurately document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, treatments, and responses.
Assist with patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient care environment.
Prepare examination rooms and ensure necessary supplies are available.
Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens as ordered.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
Assist with phone triage and prescription refills under the direction of a physician or registered nurse.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
