Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Clinic

Job Summary :
Under the clinical direction of the Provider, performs patient care services, diagnostic procedures, etc. Assists the Provider with patient visits and procedures in the medical office or clinic setting. In addition, may be required to perform front desk duties, which may include telephone work, patient scheduling, etc. If applicable, phlebotomy responsibilities including the collection and processing of specimens such as blood, urine, pap smears, cultures, etc.
Education/ Experience Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse must currently be licensed to practice in the State of Indiana
- Current active CPR certification is required
- Minimum of 2 years of current clinical experience in order to acquire a thorough knowledge of scientific principles of nursing and professional nursing standard...
