Travel LPN - Swing Bed Unit
This is a 13-week contract position.
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with every third weekend required.
We are seeking a dedicated Travel LPN for a Swing Bed Unit, focusing on skilled nursing care. In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
- Assist with activities of daily living and patient mobility.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain the confidentiality of patient information and adhere to facility policies.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Active LPN licensure.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
